The Small B and B

Newport is the capital town of the island, and is just 10 minutes walk away from the B & B. The propery was built in the 1960s. It is said that stables to the local farmers were on the site the house now stands. Surrounding the buildings were vast areas of land. On refurbishing the property in 2011, a beautiful covered beam in the dining area was exposed. The B & B is in a quite area . Situated just 10 minutes walk from the town centre of Newport, The Small B&B offers free public parking. The room is accessed via steep stairs and offers one king-size bed.

The individually styled room features a flat-screen Freeview TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The separate private bathroom has complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. Ironing supplies are available upon request.

In the mornings, The Small B&B serves a choice of breakfast dishes, including cooked items. The property has been awarded with the highest Food Hygiene Rating. Central Newport offers numerous pubs, restaurants, and shops.

Newport is in the heart of the Isle of Wight. It is ideally situated for visiting all of the islands attractions, including the Newport Roman Villa, which is only a 4-minute walk away. Carisbrooke Castle is just 20 minutes stroll from The Small B&B. Please inform The Small B and B in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property can only accept payment by cheque, PayPal, card, or BACS bank transfer. Alternatively, guests can pay in cash on arrival.

Early and late check-in is possible prior arrangement.

Please note the stairs to the property are steep and narrow and the path to the house inclines.
