very nice reception staff big room

Room was not properly maintained needs a lot of walls to be fixed and painted breakfast was poor and got charged extra for basic scrambled eggs 7 for 250 per nigh Shaka room decor is way to cheap Was expecting WOW BAM got ahah minus

The rooms are very nice

When I got there they charged me an extra 50euros I wish I knew about that But you get it back when you check out

Close to metro station clean and relatively comfortable

Received a twin room even though I booked a double parking was 20 eur day

Parking costing 20 for a day and no other choice to park ur car

I did not like the location of this hotel

We stayed in a deluxe room It was more than enough for our dog Pleasant surprise there were personnel who spoke Hungarian and Turkish so it was super easy to communicate Pet friendly Hotel I was there for Prater Run so the location is the best Also only 3 or 4 metro stops to go to the center

Breakfast could have been wider in range Taste is very fine very delicious but not too many to choose

A bit away from the center

The main goal was to get a hotel close to the Schoenbrunn park and we got it no doubt It was also 3 minutes walk from the train station so this came as a bonus

There were heavy and constant construction works in the nearby plot and we could actually not enjoy even one single late morning sleep Works were starting 8 AM and noise was immense Moreover those guys were shoving huge steel poles in the ground so we could feel our bed shivering Awful and I am confident the hotel should had warned us for this seeing we explicitly asked for a quiet room

I couldn t speak highly enough of the staff here Absolutely fabulous

Nothing I can complain about really It is an amazing hotel
