Located on the 1st floor of a traditional-style farmhouse, the Ferienwohnung Seppen features cable TV and a fully equipped kitchen. A daily bread roll service is provided on request and at a surcharge.

Guests can go swimming in the local lake, only a 5-minute walk away, or make use of the sauna of a neighbouring property, located 100 metres away (charges apply, reservation required). The Reith ski bus stops outside the Seppen. The Alpbacherbergbahn mountain railway is only 1 km away.

Guests can make free use of the Seppen Ferienwohnungs private car park. Brixlegg Train Station is 3 km away. Please inform Ferienwohnung Seppen in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Neudorf, 43, 6235 Reith im Alpbachtal. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that check-in and key pick-up take place at Hotel Sonnwend next door (address: Neudorf 43, 6235 Reith im Alpbachtal).
