Our property is across the street from the ocean. Our neighbours are a work place with weekly events and a vegan tea house. Cultural agenda and live music programs and outdoor activities such as cycling and surfing informations are available at the reception desk. We have a shared fully equipped kitchen and an outside terrace and a vegetable garden where guests can enjoy the meal under a clear sky. We have 2 big bedrooms with a queen size bed , one is blue and has a balcony facing the ocean and one is green with a window facing inside a small garden and 1 bedroom with 6 bunk beds with windows facing other inside gardens. There are 3 bathrooms equipped with showers and the hair drier can be asked at the reception. Our property is at 30 minutes walking distance from Ponta Delgada city gates and has 1 minute walking distance to the beach and 10 seconds walking distance to the workshops and live music area.
