E Hotel

The room we have is so tiny that it s is actually not suitable for 2 It is good enough for one The bed is so tiny that I almost fell off the bed at some instances

Beds very roomy

Not a five star hotel good but not that good very pricey for what it is Plus you can t use the mini bar to store your own stuff they charge if stuff is moved Plus 3PM check in 11AM check out means if you staying one night you there for 20hrs but paying 24hr rate For a hotel that charges for moving items in the mini bar I think it s only fair that I get a refund for the 4hrs I was unable to occupy my room Plus watch out for special rates they don t include breakfast which costs an extra GBP36

AThe overall friendliness of all the staff whit which I had contact

Room was clean and tidy Foyer area was very inviting

Slow elevator only one working too Rooms seem basic for the star rating

The food was nice The bed was so comfy I had a good sleep

Room wasn t that great The rest of the hotel was beautiful

The room was old and warn out

Desk staff were helpful and friendly

Fitness room was limited and lacked air conditioning

The hotel is very nice and comfortable The bed was big and lovely

The room was very small and the prices in London are insane compared to the size and the quality of the hotels rooms The staircase is very small especially when travelling with a big suitcase Breakfast is way too expensive

Mattress super comfy Air con was quiet and on a perfect setting Great to have access to Cotes restaurant from inside the hotel

I spilt coffee on the bed sheet and it wasn t changed when room was serviced Not a big problem though Room snacks were very expensive 2 50 for an Alpen bar I couldn t get shower to give warm water but I suppose it is good to experience a cold shower once in a lifetime
