Size of room Window actually opened Comfort nice swimming pool Was not too expensive Car park next door 25 per day but free car parking in surrounding streets at week end Near Battersea Pk Great cafe there for breakfast too Good cocktails in bar Great housekeeping They changed our room when we had heating problem

T V was not great hand control quite old The vanetian blind between bedroom and bathtoom was a little odd

Nice staff very helpful Hotel restaurant serves till 21 30 Good salad and smoothies No alcohol nor pork in this hotel

The coffee from the coffee machine at the buffet was not nice There is a proper machine with Illy coffee behind the bar though

Friendliness at reception good wifi

They don t have a car park but the one round the corner is only 4 for the night what a bargain

Bed was a little hard No windows we could open

The location the fact it is not a huge hotel so you are treated more as a person rather than a number the d cor in the rooms and the fact each one is different the type of building its a relaxing place to stay amongst the bustle of London

Nothing in regards the hotel although now I know there are no front facing deluxe rooms I would reserve a different room type next time Its also a bit expensive in our view but at least you know that up front

Friendly Staff lovely food Good location only a short walk from Stratford High St DLR station

Soundproofing in bedrooms not great we had noisy neighbours but had brought ear plugs A small armchair in the room would be nice

The bed was firm which I liked The facilities were exactly as stated The room was incredibly clean and easily big enough for the two of us The desk and chair were well positioned the TV with personalised greeting was a lovely touch and the room was quiet despite staying on a Saturday night

The only drawback was the shower which wasn t at all powerful and only had the rainforest head which is supposed to be luxurious but actually means it takes longer to get washed and isn t invigorating
