No tea making facilities in the toom Room service expensive for a cup of tea Traffic noise a bit of a problem

Friendly staff very clean

Strong smell of paint bathroom was quite tatty with loose panels Extremely noisy with traffic early in the morning as room facing abusy road and windows were not double glazed Thought 2 cups of awful coffee were overpriced at 4 each it was almost undrinkable

It was one block from our meeting at Imperial Innovations so that was great Would also be perfect for Royal Albert Hall and many other things The concierge was wonderful Great staff all around I d go back

It was a bit pricey but that is just London And they were doing some construction during our stay but it was quiet at night

Tiny room 110 at the front overlooking street so quite noisy Just enough space to squeeze round the bed Even tinier bathroom Snooty foreign reception staff with a really bad attitude

The rooms are brillant with all the original features still intact

It can be noisy at the front of the hotel as the windows are not double glazed
