Very convenient location friendly staff and comfortable room with good facilities at a very reasonable price

Breakfast was continental it was fine as a continental breakfast goes but ideally I d prefer a hot breakfast

It was very convenient to Kings Cross St Pancras stations The receptionists and housekeeper were very helpful

The two beds pushed together in a room only suitable for one single size bed made it impossible for the person against the wall to get out of bed unless they crawled down the bed or over the other occupant

It should not claimed for a 4 star hotel It cannot meet 4 star hotel standard Our rooms are too small and located in basement where no fresh air in and 2nd room no air conditioning Price is 4 star but hotel is 3 star standard

Hotel is 3 star standard but room rates are 4 start price OVRRPRICE

British dont do continental bfasts well as a rule but at least they tried

Much nice than expected and much nicer than pictures showed Recently refurbished very clean large tv in each room Air con mini kitchen etc We had 3 room and the whole family were very pleased perfect stop over before taking eurostar 1 minute walk to St Pancras Kings Cross Very pleased

That we had to pay separately for the wifi 8 per room per night Think it would better if it was included in the price

Air conditioning was not working and ground floor room it was suffocating

The apartment is located really near the underground station Reception counter was also really friendly and shared about interesting places to visit Overall a good experience

Probably more variety for breakfast
