Clean room

Air conditioner not working and a room change which produced air conditioner but it failed also

Near train station we needed for next part of trip several good cafes restaurants within walking distance Pantheon Luxembourg Gardens friendly concierge staff

Had to walk perimeter of very large lobby to get to front desk rather than walking through it large seating area was walled off from front desk

Bedding was very comfortable good location walking distance to a RER station and metro station next to it

Breakfast was not very good unfortunately one day found something that had expired

Excellent location for authentic local experienxe

Rooms and furniture were shabby badly in need of replacement Towels were clean but old Sink basin in bathroom cracked

in town

elevator too tiny barely fits 2 persons with one luggage breakfast does not have more choice hallway too tiny and dark I stayed at th floor and the hallway are like a warehouse full of towel

Nothing

The room did not feel clean and shower room had no towels when we entered The shower room had two sinks one of which had drainage issues and the other was leaking at the bottom Quite an disappointment really and will definitely not roccomend it to anyone

The bed is comfy

Neat clean tidy great position

some of the staff were wonderful but not super keen to help One staff in particular seemed unable e and uncertain about helping me with a dilemma at all

Nice rooms good location we would try pullmans in other cities

When checking out there was extra 20 on the bill when i queried this i was told that the booking com price was an estimate i don t believe this to be true as i have booked with you many times before i would like your feedback on this

Nice and neat rooms great beds even sofa beds for kids Reasonably priced for Paris Great little park and supermarkets short walk away
