Staff very friendly and cooperative breakfast always being refilled

1 elevator was out for 2 days and the wait was a little long for the only operating elevator

The decor was great the bed was extremely comfortable and the hotel was all in all exquisite and lovely

The only downside was the location we didn t realise how far out of the centre the hotel was However there s a tram stop right outside and the Metro was a five minute walk away so not a problem really

Breakfast was good and the room very clean

Nice hotel however the deluxe room was rather bijoux and there was little space either side of the bed which made it difficult getting in and out of the ensuite as the bed stopped the door opening fully I had my grandson with me who is 3 years old and the difficult access to ensuite proved a bit of an issue

Room size We booked two rooms for one night and both were tiny one room was in the basement and the other room 105 was very small that you can t even move around the bed I have never seen anything like this in my whole life I asked the staff to change the room and they said they only have one available room that was the same size We ve spent more than two hours following a 4 hour long journey in the reception trying to cancel our booking but after numerous calls between the reception reservation centre and booking com they said they can t ensure any refund before the morning so we stayed that night at the hotel anyway and haven t got any response from them It was a horrible experience The mobile signal was also very poor

The room was not very clean dusty to be precise with dead insects on the bed under the bedcovers The TV never worked even in the room were moved to I think maybe we had wrong expectations Because we were running late we were promised we d be packed breakfast however this never happened we had to find our way to make sure it happened

Nice staff Very clean hotel I felt safe despite being in a crappy neighborhood Lots of street walkers and hustling in the neighbor I m a city girl so I was fine I want to thank the hotel staff for excellent service and for helping celebrate my 30th bday in Paris for a week

I think it was a bit over price base off of the neighborhood Also after paying 170 a night paying for a cold breakfast buffet was ridiculous Breakfast should be included

The building is new Staff is good Room size and design is good Bathroom is nice Far from centre but tram is just in front of the hotel

On one of our cleaning request bed sheets were not changed and shelves table were not cleaned Slippers were also not changed

One of the best hotel that I used during the trip through Europe So good quality and so cheap price Nice and new rooms good breakfast possibility of self checkin and checkout without waiting
