Location excellent for Hyde Park

Decor a bit tired

The hotel is amazing

It a bit fat from the city but the metro is not so far so it was fine

staff was friendly and breakfast was good

The condition of the hotel was not that good For what appeared to be a relatively new hotel it seemed quite run down both lobby area and rooms Also the entrance was so jam packed with cars it was a bit difficult to know where to park when checking in

Great location for the Apollo easy to get to from Kings Cross and a short walk from Hammersmith Tube Station

The ignorant man on reception ignoring me for nearly 2 minutes while he flicked through Facebook on his phone he knew I was stood there as I tapped my card on the desk more than twice before he decided to acknowledge me Great shame as the hotel overall was excellent and a great price

Big room quaint look and feel of hotel

Shower was handheld only

We liked the location Easy access to the underground

The room had no window and the only window was in the bathroom and without a view The hairdryer was inside a drawer in the bedroom but there was no mirror in the bedroom There was no toilet brush either There was no minibar in the room which usually there is in a 4 star hotel bedroom Three beds and only one bedside table with a lamp on it

Great location convenient for museums

The staff were friendly very good location and comfy quirky rooms

Very small room for price paid aircon did not work and not much choice with inclusive breakfast

It was clean

Very tired looking bedrooms need decorating

Really clean and modern 5 mins from tube and Apollo

Bed was a little hard Not sure what the delux room got us better
