The hotel was really bad no room service and really far there is no meal after breakfast having payed 700 euros per night for such hotel was a very bad experience No porter to help with luggage Very disappointed especially value for money was very poor
we loved the location the friendliness of staff and especially the personal approach from the management team
The location was really good Hundred of shops are literally right at your feet the central train station is about 15 walk and the Duomo 5 with the metro Metro stations can be found all around corso buenos aires The staff was really polite and helpful Breakfast was awesome The variety of sweet and salty food was wide and everything was fresh and tasty There is internet connection everywhere although somewhat slow Surprisingly there was no noise from the street The room was small but cozy
The biggest con of our stay was a really bad smell at our bathroom I m not saying it wasn t clean Maybe it s the lack of ventilation system But certainly it was something that could not pass unnoticed Our towels also didn t have the sense of freshness that somebody would expect from a 4 star hotel

No hot water for morning shower 3 days in a row No wifi for 3 days and nights Booked a double bed and got a room with three single beds When I spoke to manager said that they were fully booked and that was all they could give me I asked for a refund but they refused to give me one Tube station 100 yards away is being repaited until July 2016
