Hotel Milano

Location was close to 2 of the main rail stations and was picked for that reason The waiters in the resteraunt were excellent and the decor was fantastic

We booked a suite the tv in the lounge area did not work which meant the lounge area was a waste of money we had to speak to reception on FOUR seperate occasions over 2 days before someone came to the room we were then told the sky didn t work No coffee facilities in the room we were told they were hoping to rectify the situation A four star hotel should not be letting people down on these points would I stop there again they will have to improve

being clean

no place for luggage uncomfortable bath room and shower the worst smell in executive room which was supposed to be the best the breakfast

Staff extremely friendly and profesional the best check in i have had for a long time pleasant informative without going on for ages

Room was lovely especially the bathroom and felt a good size for 4 friends Breakfast was delicious Good outdoor spaces too

Early check in would have made the experience way better

We enjoyed staying at this hotel I wouldn t choose any other hotel when visiting Milan Situated in a peaceful and quite area of the city This is a very nice hotel

I like the location of the hotel and the comfort of its rooms and the Free internet speed

no shuttle bus to expo gates Weather was hot and the walking to the gates was like hill This is because the KLIMA Hotel bus has no permission to go to the gates only drop the people up to the bridge
