You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please note guests must ring the bell outside the door of A Place To Stay Hostel to enter the premises. The entry hours are 7:00-23:59. The front door is locked at midnight with no re-entry to enforce the curfew. No refunds will be given to guests who are not back by this time.

The property is a smoke and drug-free environment. No smoking allowed anywhere on the property.

For the weeks of Christmas & New Years as well as Easter week: For these periods the cancellation policy requires a 2 week time period (14 days) prior to the reservation will receive a refund minus the first nights stay plus a $15 processing fee. Cancellations made after 14 days prior to the date of reservation will not receive a refund.
