We didn t get robbed
They were 2 freezing Milano nights The heating in the room didn t work There was no hot water I tried to call the reception but the phone was also not working I went to the reception and asked them to fix the heating they sent a technician who told me yes sorry it s not working here is 1 extra blanket The heat and water were broken in all 3 levels they opened the hotel without being done with the structure So greedy and irresponsible of them evrything in the bathroom was either broken or out of place Oh and did i mention i had to pay extra for my Internet and parking
If you ever get lost just mention colourful lights hotel everybody will know what you mean Truely memorable
I think adding robes to the rooms would be a great addition
They gave us room 111 and it is not nice room we aske to change the room they said not available Every day I see people check in that mean there is a room but they don t want to chang our room
