IN Hotel

I am regular guest in this hotel Breakfast was super as always Also the coffee machine in the room is highly apreiated

We requested early check in as my girlfriend was ill Upon arrival the room was not ready The lady at our check in was very cold and did not show any anticipation on the situation I requested a call to my mobile when the room would be available That call never came My girlfriend stayed at the lobby and when she after a few hourse checked if the room was available suddenly it was But nobody made the effort to call me or inform her Also room cleaning was badly We did not receive water in the room during our 3 day stay I remember you get a new bottle once a day 3Th day the room was only half cleaned and meft like that with the trash still in the room some things on the floor This is very different from my normal experience in this hotel and most likely I will not return as there are other alternatives in the area in the same quality price range where we did never experience this

This hotel is chic and for Europe the room was a good size It s on a pretty quiet residential side street yet it s very easy to get to some major attractions and shopping The nice thing is you don t feel like you are in the thick of things

This hotel was way too pricey for what it offered Plus we felt as though the staff was all about the business transaction When we arrived after an overnight flight they immediately sat us down at a table preauthorized our credit card for the entire stay plus an enormous security deposit of 1 000 pounds Then they asked if we wanted breakfast 100 pounds for four and that was after the discounted rate for paying at the desk as opposed to at the restaurant We knew this was ridiculous but we were all exhausted and hungry Plus while the staff certainly was generally pleasant it often seemed like we were the first people to ever ask them to do anything service wise We really wanted to like the place but it simply didn t live up to the cost

Staff were nice

There are times where there s no one at the reception It was a little annoying when checking in as no one was there for a good five minutes

Location The location is excellent I guess it is the nearest to Harrods you also have the Zara Topshop nearby Very convenience for shopping The stuff were very friendly They greets you as you leave and meets you with a smile when you come back Very safe from this aspect A very lovely boutique hotel

Breakfast We included breakfast with our stay and turned out didn t worth it Better to go out and grab something to eat then eat in the hotel Room is a a bit small For one person is ideal but for two and after you do some something is a bit small
