Comfy beds good service Close to St Katherine s Dock

Bedroom view overlooking Fenchurch train station Had to keep blinds down all the time and windows were locked shut Not good in the summer Although air conditioning was not very effective in January

Big clean room and helpful staff

Coffe at breakfast not great Bed a little hard and crack in bathroom sink But overall liked our accommodation and stay in the hotel

Our room was large and spacious spotlessly clean with an amazing view And a really central location

Great location lovely staff very courteous and helpful very comfortable and spacious rooms

Pool and leisure facilities

Bed and pillows were really uncomfortable Tired looking hotel room

Close to the Gare de nord It took around 10 mins Had a good bacury near the hotel Room condition was good with very hot water Hope to have splippers

A bit noisy from the road side room But the opposite side room was fine

Staff communication was challenging

The furnishings and facilities in the room were very good and the shower room excellent Breakfast was also excellent with a wide choice of food and plenty of it The hotel is a very short walk from Rossauer Lande Metro station and a 10 minute walk from the trams at Schottenring

I booked a double room but the bed was two singles pushed together which moved independently and were therefore uncomfortable Also no additional pillows The room has an air conditioner but there are no controls so it doesn t work The lifts are tiny and can only take 3 people with no luggage The reception staff were not particularly friendly The exterior photos on the website are misleading The hotel is behind the building shown in the photo and when we were there this building was covered in scaffolding and we were disturbed by building noise

Room was nice and really big stuff was helpful
