Lovely breakfast sky lounge a great bonus on a sunny day

Staff members specially Sardiea and Abdul hameed

I had to choose between small room with a view or a big room and no view

The overall package and the very spacious suite I have stayed

Not a bad experience but the breakfast at the lounch could have been richer in terms of more available selections

Absolutely helpful and very friendly staff from the reception area to restaurant Spotless rooms and perfect location Made our stay very enjoyable bearing in mind it was both our birthdays An amazing experience like we haven t had in a while The building is very beautiful and the sky lounge is stunning But Definitely the staff adds up to an already magical stay Thanks for everything

I like the location of the hotel the restaurants at the hotel and the bar at the top

Despite taking an Club room the room size was still very small and certainly had no view at all Faced another office building

The staff and the location of the hotel are amazing

The room we got this time was really small Certainly not the size of a room for Hilton Standards

Great location very easy access to tube district line and circle line Tower Hill station Very helpful and nice people in this hotel the room is clean and comfortable

It s just a small problem seems there is a noise in the bathroom caused by the water pipe We just ignor it because we are too tired just noise can not bother us at all I am sure the staff will help us solve the problem if we report to them
