Unfriendly reception Noise

We found the staff very helpful especially when I needed help with connecting to the internet with our cell phone The hotel was very clean and restful and the room was kept very nice each day There were also some restaurants nearby and it was close to the tube

We actually found it rather difficult to find the hotel when we first arrived by tube Once we found it it was easy to go to the tube each day for our sightseeing

Perfect location able to get anywhere in London in no time at all Rooms were comfortable and immaculately clean Skylounge was stunning

Only gripe is there were no rooms with city views Minor however

Breakfast was excellent

Breakfast is always great Even at peak times we only wait a couple of minutes for a table

Lack of local information in room

Air con didn t seem very cool A little noisy

Great location near Oxford st and the tube

The room was a bit small

Love the fact that even though check in wasn t until 3 we managed to check in early Also baggage storage was great so we could explore without carrying heavy bags around

3 oclock check in would be better earlier and a earlier check out as bags are being stored for you so no need for room after 10 00 on check out day

Great service breakfast Good location nr Tower Bridge Loved the Sky Bar too
