The staff and their willingness to work with you for a solution Very helpful indeed and very welcoming warm and friendly The manager even gave me an awesome free coffee on check in The bar and reception staff were just awesome pretty much how it goes in many of the hotels I ve stayed in throughout Spain Truly great country and people Just down the road from the best thai restaurant I have ever been to Thai Siam

The room was excellent

The WIFI connection sometimes slow

The room was big enough as well as the bathroom location very good nice staff but the bed was not confortable very hard bed pillows in the floor was a open whole when you locked up in the shower the was mold on the wall tiles and on tv only a few programmes

location excellent for tourists and shoppers alike modern spacious hotel with all amenities needed

too modern in a way needed some homely comforts

The location was great for the train station and the staff were very helpful

Some aspects of this hotel must have earned its 4 star rating Unfortunately our room was not one of them Grubby d cor ancient bath and TV and very dodgy dangerous wiring

The rooms were very large clean and modern and the bed was comfortable The pool was refreshing and relaxing and there was a big variety of food for breakfast

Rude dim receptionist staff That s not to say everyone we encountered was like this most of them were smiley and kind Rooms were small and cold the window seals were non existent Breakfast was NOT included when booking through a 3rd party site even though their website prides itself on a free breakfast with everybooking

Excellent location for Canary Wharf and O2 Arena

Breakfast was limited and decorations needs a revamp
