Bedding was a let done we were booked in for 2 days on second day room was not cleaned not happy

THE BREAKFAST ARRANGEMENT I have already complained about the awful queue which led to a cold meal To have all diners in one line was ridiculous I was ashamed as we had brought an American friend Also the bedroom furniture was shabby and the bedside light was torn room 724

Very dated in need of refurbishment

The view from the room was amazing The bar area was comfortable and lively enough

Unfortunately my partner was kept awake all night due the dlr this is something that can t be helped I understand but we had no warning of this upon arrival The lady on reception was foreign which is fine but my partner had to repeat the simple name of Scott several times and had to remind her several times that we were paying by cash the process in general took a really long time with her

Check in took too long checked in by a trainee Room checked in initially had an issue Duty Manager took so long to rectify problem

Beds comfy Drinks at breakfast were horrible Orange juice was diluted with water Apple juice tasted like a sugar syrup Food was okay Cant say I would be re booking

Breakfeast too poor Terrible Wi Fi Room in the basement Expensive for what you got

Room was very nice over looking the Thames and 02 and Canary Wharf
