Situated a 15-minute walk from Maspalomas Beach, these modern air-conditioned villas offer a spacious garden with a small private pool and sun loungers, free Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchenette.

Each Lovisi villa has a living-dining room with flat-screen satellite TV and a DVD player. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Located on the upper floor, the master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a large shower. There are 2 additional bathrooms, one with a shower.

Free parking is available at Villa Lovisi. Shops, bars and restaurants can be found within a 5-minute walk in the surrounding Sonnenland district, while Meloneras Golf Course is a 3-minute drive away. Please inform Villa Lovisi in advance of your expected arrival time. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. The villa and pool are cleaned once a week. Sheets and towels are also provided and are changed once a week.

If there are 4 guests, 2 rooms will be available. If there are 6 guests, 3 rooms will be available. If there are 8 guests, all 4 rooms will be available.
