Noisy ventilation system kept us awake at night Moved to room further away but noise persisted Rude breakfast receptionist

Location very friendly helpful courteous staff Our room was not ready on arrival as something had to be fixed by maintenance so we were given free champagne in the hotel bar our bags were waiting for us in the room once ready and cakes and pastries were delivered as an apology

Shower wasn t the most powerful

The beds were sooo comfortable bathrooms massive and FREE WIFI throughout hotel The location was perfect not far from anywhere Swimming pool and jacuzzi amazing

The lifts Large Hotel each area has A lift which took forever Need more lifts

The bed sheet and the apartment was not cleaned in regular basis only they will tide the bed without cleaning the room properly Even in the restroom their is a bad smell they have to work more in cleaning part everyday

The price was a pit high

The room was lovely and all facilities were super The pool and well being area were fine

Breakfast wasn t included in the price which was a shame Also the lounge area is stark and it doubles up as the restaurant Not very appealing for such a lovely hotel I expected comfy sofas to sit in around the bar area This was disappointing as there were just cafe like seating areas

The style is real Viennease and the rooms were clean breakfast had a wide assortment
