Pullman hotel is a big WOW beautiful hotel and all of the staff there are lovely and respectful and also very helpful We definitely will go back to same hotel We got a beautiful view of Eiffel from our room

Staff and location

This is our second time staying at this hotel Ideal with underground parking as we were doing a road trip Its a 10 min walk to the centre We had a beautiful junior suite with a spa bath Staff are very helpful

The gate to get out of the underground car park was faulty The button inside didnt work If you can handle the stress of driving in the centre of Milan this is an awesome hotel for your stay

Rooms very roomy clean and comfortable Breakfast very good Close to St Pancras Kings Cross and many buses pass the front door

Lifts were slow and it took ages to find one that was not full Music in public areas was too loud

Barman made amazing cocktails

The view over London Bridge was amazing we got to see the opening of the bridge and watch the world go by The temperature of the room was perfect Beds were comfortable Tea and coffee facilities were well stocked Great selection of tv channels Free excellent wifi during our stay helped to keep my teenager occupied Safe was useful and the check out time was perfect Location was on point Restaurants on site were perfect and the little tesco was perfect and almost on site for the toothbrushes that we had forgotten All reception and concierge staff were impeccable Thank you so much best hotel I ve ever stayed in

The toilet had been used before we got into the room and not flushed
