Rooms are very well equipped Breakfast is good 2 minute walk to the Duomo square Lot s of restaurants around

Location facilities and service Attention to details staff is freindly and welcoming Everything was perfect

U have to change the lifts to exit the property lifts buttons didnt work immediatly we had to push it many times

very very friendly staff amazing location delicious food the court yard was just the perfect place to relax and sip coffee

The location of hotel is good there is tram stop The Wi Fi has high speed The breakfast is good the bed is comfortable

The food was not always filled in time at brekafast if it was eaten out

Consider its quality location it s v good value for money Good rooms v clean v safe Small gym with basic stuff Professional but not exceptionally friendly staff

Location is great good choice and concierge work were fantastic

I didn t like my room it was very small crowded with furniture old TV system and very dark all black Windows facing the huge industrial pipes that was very noisy if you open them and I used to sleep with the open windows and fresh air so I slept very badly

It was great staying in the hotel staff were very welcoming the location is amazing opposite Hyde park and 10 minutes walk from Knightsbridge and harrods it s worth trying it my unlike s should not effect others as my opinion and defers from others

I didn t like the dull colors it s not what matches my personality the room was very small and the door is opposite the bed the toilet is small and black floors are very cold as the floors are marble The view from the window was walls I didn t like that at checkout they added 45 on my bill saying it s for service and charity without informing me prior to adding on my bills
