The Coach House B&B

The Coach House is a boutique guest house situated on the A6, 1 mile north of the City Centre. The property is next to Darley Park, five minutes walk from Darley Abbey with its riverside bars. restaurants and the West Mill Wedding Venue. It is within easy reach of the Peak District, Alton Towers and Chatsworth House.

All room rates include a delicious breakfast served between 7.30am and 9am in the week and between 8.30am and 10am at weekends and on Bank Holidays.

Our usual check in time is between 3 and 6pm, with check in outside these times by arrangement.

For guaranteed off street parking we have 3 reservable UK standard sized parking spaces for a fee of 10 per space, per day (subject to availability). Due to the dimensions of our parking spaces we do not recommend them for larger vehicles or nervous parkers.

Early check-ins from 12pm and late check-outs till 12pm are available for a fee of 25 each (subject to availability).

We welcome pets in all but room 7, at a cost of 20 per stay.

Our individually styled rooms offer sumptuous beds, luxury bathrooms, tea/coffee making facilities, a mini bar, hairdryer and Temple Spa toiletries.

Any check-in after 18:00 needs to be arranged in advance. A surcharge of GBP 25 applies for early check-in, subject to availability. Late check outs are also available for a charge of GBP25, subject to availability. All requests for early arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
