Please inform Waters Edge Villa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the spa package, including a steam room, sauna and hot tub is available upon a daily charge of EUR 100, must be booked for the whole duration of the stay and at least 48 hours in advance.

Please note that pool heating is available from October to April upon request and upon a daily charge of EUR 50 payable on arrival.

Please note that there is a wedding reception fee of EUR 1000, payable on arrival, and includes the cleaning of the outdoor area after the reception.

Central heating is available from November to March upon charge and costs EUR 65 per day, payable locally if required.
