Location perfect for High Street Kensington and all it has to offer and the tube giving access to elsewhere in London Front desk staff arranged for cake to be left in daughter s room for 21st birthday lovely touch

Badly in need of re furb and general maintenance Have stayed here many times but only the superior plus and club rooms are of an acceptable standard in my opinion Door staff rude and in need of customer service training refresher Stairways used for storage fire risk

Good value for money considering location Really fast efficient check in Very clean tidy Very comfy elegant lobby great view from room on train tracks The staff very helpful kudos for room servicing front desk they don t mind going the extra mile to make a guest feel welcomed cared for Breakfast buffet was always well stocked even though it lasted a good 4 gours from 6 30 to 10 30am service people did a great job waiting on guests even on busy mornings

Room on train tracks got a bit noisy at times despite the double glazed windows but it wasn t too noisy might be troublesome for light sleepers Closet doors was a bit tired needed some repairs it got stuck a few times so did the toilet flush mechanism But nothing terrible Breakfast buffet didnt have halal kosher options at hand you gotta order those didnt try to though the rest of it was good for a nice non vegan breakfast

Brassierie meal could have been better the omlette I had was very bland and the cheese in it was tasteless

It was all round good for us

Staff were very friendly and when we complained about being woken by the underground we were moved to a different room

The room on our first night overlooked the underground and even though we were on the 12th floor we were still awoken at 5 30am Overall the rooms decor is tired and we found the cleaning standard could be higher

Damp in rooms Stayed in room 10 minutes before checking out Double glazing was blown out as well

The bed was comfy rooms very clean and spacey bathrooms clean Food was great and value for money The staff was so very friendly and helpful Will stay here again

Fantastic people very helpful and always available Very convenient location Comfortable room and as muh luxury as needed for a turist

It could just a bit cleaner even though it was very clean I would like to also have slippers with the rest of the toiletrys

Staff were really friendly breakfast was tasty We received a free upgrade to Club which was great
