You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 3.5 percent charge when you pay with a credit card. Please note that this property has a strict No Party Policy. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and loss of any deposits or payments made. A damage deposit of NZD 500 is required.
