You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property has no reception. If you arrive outside the propertys arrival time, an extra fee will apply. Check in before 13:00 is with an extra fee of EUR 50. Check in between 13:00 and 16:00 is with an extra fee of EUR 25. Check in between 18:30 and 22:00 is with an extra fee of EUR 25. Check in after 22:00 is with an extra fee of EUR 50.

Please note that daily cleaning is not provided. A EUR 60 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. An extra cleaning fee of EUR 200 will be applied if you smoke in the accommodation.

Cheques Vacances are an accepted method of payment.

Linen and sheets are provided. A complimentary welcome pack is offered and includes snacks, drinks and perfume.

Please note that upon check-in, you must show a valid ID and the credit card that was used to make your booking. The name on the ID must be identical to the name of the credit card holder. Any discrepancy will result in a denied stay.
