Good quiet location and only few minutes from a tube station Friendly hotel staff Clean room and bathroom with nice big shower

Room was tiny and was literally next to a lift built behind the cupboards You can hear it clearly every time someone uses it Definitely ask for a room away from one There is a very annoying and fairly loud noise that randomly kicks in any time of the day Guess its the air conditioning but frustrating when you already have the lift making noises from your cupboard The pillows are far too soft your head sinks in and its not comfortable

I was very unhappy that breakfast was not included in the price during booking I felt being cheated upon The bead was too soft but that was not a big problem

I especially liked my room s well operating walk in non slip shower and bathroom an amenity not always found in other London hotels I also liked the comfortable bed the size of room the good elevators lifts and the proximity to Earl s Court Tube buses cafes shops and ATMs

The location was convenient to the entire city The staff was phenomenal and the room itself was incredibly comfortable We will absolutely stay here again

Excellent staff and location The rooms were awsome Had the best time in Amsterdam The rooms overlooking the canal were superb

Closeness to Piccadilly Line and general ambience of the hotel

The fact the windows don t open and the room was hot and stuffy and the bed was hard it was necessary to switch heating off put aircon on maximum and then of course it was noisy and even so there was no fresh air which is essential

Excellent hotel one of the best I ve stayed Keeping the newspaper theme adds character Facilities in the room excellent including layout and old style telephone and free to use Nespresso machine

209 for one Sunday night was a little expensive I feel View was poor although we were probably just unlucky

The staff where friendly The front desk had staff that spoke fluent English German and French This made our trip so much easier Additionally the beds were lovely so comfortable and just the right amount of pillows and covers I loved the plugs for our electronics no need for adaptors just plug in the iPhone cord As we kept loosing our adapters this was a life savior The location was perfect as well We had a wonderful stay
