Position value for money breakfast design

Great service location and food and drinks all quality Friendly staff

Breakfast finishes at 9am on a week day Too early and check out is an hour earlier than most places too We were leisure guests and think 10am is fair to finish breakfast and 12pm check out We had a knock on the door before 10am when chilling after breakfast saying must check out in an hour I think leisure stay clients need a bit more of a relaxed time for breakfast and Check out

Room smelled of cigarette smoke and bed was a little too hard

The hotel indoor is really outdated the rooms are ugly and the gym is just a small room with a couple of training machine The worst thing is the annoying and unpolite behaviour of the staff

The receptionist was an excellent face of the business in that she was polite professional knowledgable helpful The room was spotless the bed was comfortable This hotel has clearly had a refurbishment since I last stayed I will definitely be returning again

A plus side would be to have air conditioning in the rooms It was exceptionally hot on the day I visited and ventilation in the room was poor

Conveniently located to where we needed to be

Front desk staff was very unfriendly upon checkin They appeared unhappy and service was slow Also they told us we had a room with two beds but when we got to the room there was only one bed When we complained they said they could move us but would charge us an extra 40 per night We ended up swapping rooms with a friend who had two beds at the same price as ours with one bed
