Friendly and professional staff who are consistent and seem very committed to the hotel and providing a good service

Business area did not seem as comprehensive as advertised Water machine ran out of bottles and the ice machine was on the blink too But these are very minor compared to my overall appreciation of the hotel I have already been back 5 times

Don t stay here if you like to sleep

Noisy at night impossible to sleep Old fashioned room Staff have difficulty speaking English

Everything was good especially welcome drink kind staff they even provided our grand son of 4 years old on our request with a small slippers and bath robe for SPA Breakfast and food in the Bar were also very good as well as front desk staff was very helpful

Location of hotel was excellent easy access to all sites and theatres

There was no mini bar fridge in the room Only three pillows for two people in the double bed

Very noisy with workmen drilling outside at one in the morning Smoke detectors activated my shower as there was no extra in the bathroom Was told I could drop the car off at hotel and it would be parked this was not the case

The food and drink were excellent the bed was so comfortable that we are buying the same system at home The staff all went the extra mile and gave useful advice to save our money and enhance the enjoyment of our stay
