The master bedroom is also located on the main floor along with a 4-piece bathroom and en suite laundry facilities. The upper floor contains 3 bedrooms, an additional 4-piece bathroom and an office. This house has a furnished basement with a gas fireplace, comfortable seating area, another bedroom and another 4-piece bathroom. Free WiFi is available throughout.

8 Acre Wood is located 1 km from a public boat launch on Paint Lake, which is connected to the Lake of Bays network of waterways. In the winter months, snowmobiling and sledding is possible on the property.
