RA Hotel

the room was absolutely lovely with amazing views and all members of staff were extremely polite

there was a little bit of drilling noise during the day but we had been informed that some of the rooms were being updated so this was really no bother at all

Staff very friendly hotel was clean and was well located

Breakfast very expensive Towels were grey and didnt smell fresh Wifi too expensive at 10 a day

Great location bed very comfy staff very nice

Clerk did not want to check us in at noon because there were no rooms available However if we paid an extra 70 pounds there were rooms available immediately Once in the hotel is very neat and conveniently located

We wanted a day room because my wife is disabled and we were coming to London for lunch and a concert The staff were very helpful having disabled parking available was a real plus It was just what we needed a space of our own to rest up in

Nothing really it was a very good stay

Location is just perfect near the shops trendy food joints and close to high street kesington station

Some rooms needs new beds cuz they arnt that comfy I ordered breaksast in my room it was abit below expectation for authentic continental breakfast Wifi was always bad signal

Very professional staff cooperative in every aspect Great location Underground tube is only 5 mins walk away And they have their own basement for parking which was the best deal

I loved everything about the hotel also loved the little cakes left for us in our room they were delicous and a great idea leaving a bottle of water which most oeopke forget to take with them the free canapes and drinks on the evening was a big surprise fantastic idea

Slow wifi but not a problem as i dont use internet much while im away on a break

Wifi in this day and age and in all hotels of this calibre should be free Sadly nowhere to put my suitcase v difficult inelegant to use from the floor what happened to the long double practical suitcase table that used to be in the rooms
