These modern and luxurious studios and apartments are located in the central Mitte district of Berlin. Each one offers a loggia (covered balcony) or a terrace with views of greenery and the vibrant city centre.

Downtown Apartments Mitte consist of up to 7 different sizes of studios or apartments. Each one features chic design as well as clear forms and top-class furnishings.

The nearby Nordbahnhof train station offers great underground train, suburban train and tram connections throughout Berlin.

There is a bistro in the same building, and Downtown Apartments Mitte are also close to many bars and restaurants as well as ministeries, companies and institutions here in this business district. It is within easy walking distance of the Natural History Museum and many other cultural attractions here in the heart of the German capital. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Downtown Apartments Mitte in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that the concierge is only occupied between 08:00 and 16:00. Apartments are available for check-in starting at 15:00.

Please note that guests will be allowed entry using their debt or credit card. Guests will then have to wait for the tone to open the door.

Once guests have entered the building, they will find a self check-in terminal. A form of photo identification, such as a passport and the booking number are required to check-in.

Please note that the apartment is only cleaned once per week and this includes a change of bed linen and towels, rubbish disposal and light kitchen cleaning.
