the first room we was give was not 4 star and could do with doing up

There was a very good breakfast choice The room was surprisingly very spacious with a sofa and huge bed and also robes and slippers were provided The hotel itself was in an excellent location just round the corner from Oxford Street and we found about a half hour walk from the main tourist attractions We used the luggage room after checking out which was very handy and were told that it was available until the evening Overall we found it very good value for money and would definitely stay again

The milk in the complimentary mini bar was bad when we arrived and the coffee was not replaced by housekeeping in the morning

The helpfulness of the staff was excellent as always The cleanliness excellent Location very good We had a snack after our theatre visit It was excellent beautifully served

The room It was too small for two people We had to request another chair The bathroom was bijou The bed was very comfortable We are senior citizens this was our third visit as we love the Hotel staff We requested a room near lift as my husband has limited mobility We were offered another room but we had unpacked this was too much hassle as it was only for one night We think that the price we paid for this was over priced

Location is perfect staff friendly room spacy and very neat clean It was a bonus to find a Nexpresso fridge with complimentary supplies like milk water coke snacks I was not expecting it and it was definitely a plus

Air conditioning was first class as it the weather was very hot the few days I was there

Water temperature in the shower was difficult to get right
