One of the staff from Front desk was very indifferent to all of our needs There were several situations when on our questions he was just responding with different body gestures like arms shaking Plus his personal problems with Vodafone were much more important than our questions at front desk But for this price I did not had no right to say something

Its far from duomo you have to walk for 20 minutes Wifi was only working in the lobby and when i aksed the person who was in the afternoon shift about the wifi he replyed to me i dont knwo why the wifi is not working in your room and the problem is from your phone He was bery rude

Shoddy presentation with scuffed furniture and marks on the carpet Strange deep half sized bath for the shower and bathroom taps that are marked Sleep disturbed by the metro under the hotel and other mechanical noise from 4 15 am
