Fabulous location for museums and Royal Albert Hall Great staff lovely hotel room and food

Check in was a little chaotic but friendly

Great location nearby metro station friendly staff clean comfortable bed amenities wifi and other extras like hairdryer iron and irontable water boiler for coffee or tea All you could ask for

No sound insulation so you could easily hear the people from the next room or above

The location was great Tube station right next door and Shepherds Bush market across the road Westfield Centre is only a short walk away as is Shepherds Bush main tube station and bus station The room was small but modern and comfortable The staff were polite and helpful

Flimsy walls We could hear other guests clearly We were on the ground floor and the noise of footsteps from above was a little annoying Broken toilet flush in the en suite bathroom Towels were of poor quality and didn t dry you off

The staff were excellent and very welcoming

ita so security hotel no one can access the hotel and the Asnasir without access card that s so Good

there is a small window at the roof of my room it s not good at the morning if someone wanna sleep in a dark room because no way to close it

Rude staff on arrival Our room was not ready on arrival at 8pm even though we were able to check in from 3pm

The lounge area was superb the room it s self was ok not the Eat bit small

The bathroom had broken furniture we booked it and there were a lot of hidden charges not just the city tax which I always check but 100 deposit not mentioned anywhere I don t take my cards abroad for security reason but it states we can authorise your card for payment this was not the case as I didn t have my card with me although I had all identification that it was me Staff weren t the friendliest I would defiantly never stay again or recommend it to anyone

The bed was exceptionally comfy

The view from the rear window on the Ground Floor was restricted

Charming staff luxurious room and great value for money

We had 3 satisfied nights The staff was really nice and gave a lot of suggestions how we could travel in AMD The bed was clean and comfortable We lived in quiet place around bus station

Not in central but was good for us Easy to take bus
