La Pedriza Del Serval

La Pedriza del Serval is a country house located in a unique area at the very Herat of Andaluca, half way between the Parque Natural de la Subbtica and the spectacular western slopes of Sierra Nevada known as the Poniente Granadino. La Pedriza del Serval is surrounded by totally unpolit countryside and stunning beauty spots, in a world where upland Mediterranean scrub alternates with vast extensions of olive trees. It comprises two painstakingly restored 18th-19th century farmhouses in which structural conservation and respect for the specific nature of each rooms and space have been prioritized while at the same time endowing the complex with 21st century quality and comfort: floor heating, heated swimming pool, hydromassage bathtubs and cabins, mansard roofs, chimneys, terace, outer courtyard, garden, oak trees, ecological orchard and a total fenced perimeter of over 5000 metres.
