Beach Resort Makkum Luxurious Villas

Situated on the Makkum Beach Resort and just 40 metres from the beach, Beach Duinvilla Sea View overlooks the lake IJsselmeer and features a luxurious villa with a garden that houses 3 fully furnished private terraces.

The villa features 3 bedrooms, each with its own view. It also offers a living room with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. A dining area is also featured. The large bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower and double washbasin. A separate toilet is available.

Guests can prepare meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. A selection of restaurants and shops are within a 5-minute bicycle ride.

Guests can make use of the many recreational facilities at the resort, which is also known as a unique water sport paradise, such as sailing, surfing, canoeing and fishing. It is also possible to make boat trips over the lakes and to the seals. In Makkums direct surroundings, you can also find cycle routes and art museums.

The old seaport Harlingen is a 5-minute drive from Makkum. In Leeuwarden you can find Aqua Zoo Friesland, situated a 30-minute drive away. Subtropical swimming pool De Blauwe Hand is at 42 km distance. The historical museum village Allingawier is 6 kilometres away. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Beach Duinvilla Sea View will send a confirmation with detailed payment information, which differs per booking. After payment is taken, the propertys details, including address and where to collect the keys, will be sent by email.

Please note that the fixed amount stated in the prepayment conditions is a safety deposit. It will be refunded within 14 days after check-out provided that no damage was made.

Bedlinen is available at a surcharge and is mandatory.

Towels are optional and can be rented for 5 euro per person per stay.

Kitchen linen and bath towels are not included and guests are required to bring their own.
