good value for money location

A modern hotel located just outside metro station pilgramgasse Very easy location for transfer to the city center The room was nice and spacey clean and really quite The staff was friendly and discreet

The location right next to the subway station Pilgramgasse very clean good beds

They gave us a room then we had to move to another at 11 o clock at night They apologized but we were very tired and it was not a pleasure Breakfast identical eight days to eat the same omelette is to much

somewhat quiet section in the city a conveniant supermarket almost next to it

Our towels were never changed we never got fresh bathroom towels They folded our used towels every day and put them on the bathroom shelf In our stay they never changed bed sheets I argued every day at the reception in order for them to provide us with fresh towels the reception closes every day at 22 00 pm there is no one there they return the next day at 07 00 am so if you happen to need anything at all at the reception desk forget it they leave there a night watch man that just explains that the desk will work again at 07 00 am next morning the cleaning staff arrived at our room at 16 00 pm afternoon sometimes 17 00 pm Breakfast is rediculous they have a broken down coffee machine if you happen to arrive at the breakfast room at 09 00 am there is no bread only stale buns no sausages and the scrambled eggs smell rotten very dark brown colour dishes are cracked and broken the breakfast staff has no smile and does not know the meaning of the word goodmorning It is definitly at best a 2 star hotel

Location is perfect just nearby the metro station Breakfast is very good Hope you enjoy ur stay

People are helpful I did not notify any issue Just the room is small but very pleasant instead

Clean and modern exterior is deceptive but once you step into the foyer could not help being impressed Smart and airey the foyer set the standard for the hotel Breakfast selection was good

The staffs are very friendly and kind and tell me everything about I need The breakfast is very good The rooms are very sophisticated mood and a lot of plug Bathtub is also very good wifi is no problems The location also very good to enjoy shopping and only 3 min from subway wifi

It is Value for Money We were lookng for something inexpensive with breakfast in a good location and this hotel met the requirements reasonably well The hotel was warm and cosy which was important as it was winter Breakfast was quite good bed was comfortable Bathroom was decent The room was clean Location is pretty good as the street Webgasse is directly connected to Mariahilferstrasse the main shopping street in Vienna and everything is easy to reach with the metro

The worst thing was the bathroom light switch which was outside the bathroom so when one occupant uses the bathroom which is right opposite the bed the other occupant gets disturbed If the bathroom and the bed were not opposite each other it would not be so bad We had an attic room the other rooms might be different It was hard to keep the rooom door open as we entered with all our luggage The carpets especially in the corridors looked dirty The carpets in the entire hotel can do with some cleaning The wifi was not that good

Breakfast was good Very close to the metro station

I parked my car to the near streets of the hotel I paid 3 days parking for only one day I couldn t understand why
