Villa Berni

From the tower of the villa you can have a wonderfull sightsee of the hitoric city centre of Florence. The garden is a unique and real florentine garden style with its private pool. Villa Berni is set in its garden and surrounded by the Tuscan countryside. It consists of a very spacious villa which is elegant and has free Wi-Fi and free private parking, as well as 6 large bedrooms.

It is composed of 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 living rooms, and a kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee machine. Facilities include satellite TV, air conditioning, and CD and DVD players.

Florence and Florence Airport can be reached in less than a 20-minute drive. Please inform Villa Berni in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In order to secure your reservation, you will be contacted by the property to arrange payment of a deposit.

Please note that a deposit of EUR 500 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance.

Please note that heating is not included and will be charged according to usage.
