Our Home is nestled into the beautiful Southern luscious green countryside of County Cork. 6 Minutes drive to Blarney Castle and the famous Blarney Stone, with views of Cork City - merely a 15 minute drive. The Irish emigrants song 40 Shades of Green is evident as you gaze across the rolling hills and pastures, surrounding our home. We believe on a clear day you can look beyond the city of Cork up to 40KM distance. Why not have a cup of Coffee or homebrewed tea as you enjoy the tranquillity, away from the madding crowd, We want you to share our magic haven. Offering freshly brewed tea and homemade scones on arrival, Westwood Country House is set in the idyllic Blarney countryside surrounded by 2 acres of beautiful gardens. You can enjoy rooms with panoramic rural views and cosy bathrobes.

Individually furnished, each unique room features an en suite bathroom with complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. Guests can relax with a TV, stereo system, and complimentary tea/coffee in the lobby outside the rooms.

Traditional, full Irish breakfasts are served each morning, and made with free-range eggs and smoked bacon. Breakfasts also include homemade pancakes with bacon, French toast with fresh fruit, or a continental buffet selection.

Blarney Castle, home of the famous Blarney Stone, is just 5 minutes drive away, and Cork city is 15 minutes away by car. Muskerry Golf Club can be reached in a 3-minute drive, and Cork Airport is 25 minutes drive away.
