The mattress on the single beds were comfortable and hotel lobby was nice

I had purchased a deluxe King room with balcony and was also told that I would be able to check into my room early 12 1pm Upon arriving they said that the room wasn t ready but we were able to leave our bag with them in a safe place When we eventually got into the hotel room at night time we found that our king bed was in fact two single beds pushed together there was no balcony whatsoever and the bathroom wasn t great The power of the shower was also very weak which left us disappointed the morning after Overall I feel that this hotel was not value for money whatsoever and me and my partner both feel very disappointed by this hotel and its facilities

First time in amsterdam and the hotel was in a good location as it was only walking distance to the metro which takes you in to the central

Free water taxi across to canary wharf quay complementary cookies and waterwatered arrival great rooms good taxi service from hotel cool bar

35 minute wait to check in receptionist did not relay much or relevant information forgotten to give us water taxi tickets advise of facilities or where anywhere was located heating wasn t working so reception was freezing was 1 degree outside no heating in room quickly got moved to another hotel location far further than stated from tube stop

Spacious room with great view over the river Decent food in restaurant in the evening Very pleasant and helpful staff Nicest hotel I ve stayed in

The overall service was great

There was a big queue to get in for breakfast

The bed in the double bedroom was very comfy

Dated Felt I was staying in an attic in an office Drab entry to bedrooms via poorly laid out walkways

Spacious room with a lovely view of the Thames and London

Access was via a ferry

Very comfortable and clean hotel Good deal for such a nice hotel Friendly staff Close to the metro station
