Ace Hotel

The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful especially Mohammed From my brief stay the hotel appeared clean and fresh from the front door to my room which was clean and adequate for my needs

The only negative there were two of us in a twin room and there was only one towel May have been an oversight on housekeeping s part and not a first world problem by any means If staying longer I would have taken steps to acquire more

When we were waiting for our hired car when a rude employee approached us saying that we had to wait outside because we had Starbucks coffee I would like to add that I was with my 80 year old gran and I myself am pregnant What kind of show are you running that you have people like that working for you

The location is very good a minute walk from Marylebone high street and 10 mins walk from Oxford street Very nice room design with comfortable bed Small room but well designed to acommodate luggage etc

Room is tiny Zero soundproofing of wc as the door is glass and is 1m away from the bed Key card for the building wouldn t work and had to change it twice a day which meant crossing the road to go to the reception

A very pleasant stay friendly and professional staff Overall a very impressive hotel

Hotel location is ok Room was of a good size comparing to Parisian hotel rooms I Was given a garden view room on the first floor which is nice All basic but was enough Welcoming friendly staff

Room was noisy as there was getting TV echo and sound other rooms all night and chairs moving noise around 6 7 in the morning in addition to the TV sound

All was perfect

Location of room 163 was not ok for me

Location fantastic Staff friendly Doormen particularly helpful

Could not connect to wifi

Close to Covent Garden and the theatre I was seeing a show at

Expensive for a single room but I suppose its because its London where some things are over the top cost
