Location is central but on a quiet street
The bathroom was way too small and it had zero shelves Nowhere to place even a toothbrush Worse of all it had a frosted glass door with the toilet right on the other side of it Definitely not recommended for more than one person Not something you expect from a 4 star hotel
very friendly and professional restaurant stuff all our requests were done immediately
Personal on Reception not friendly rooms was cleaned not as 5 Hotel Found used packet with snake near Minibar locker During Check out we almost was charged for Minibar we didn t use Rooms arrangement during some of stay days was late afternoon Luggage was not delivered to the rooms
For the price of business room a lot of things missing like arrangement of the room cup of tea tea spoon facilities to prepare tea coffee inside the room etc A cleaning room was done so late with the room left for more that 3 hours and not as I expected for the price paid
The convenience of location to St Pancreas station
The bathroom was so tiny there was no room to put anything down and the shower wet area made everything else wet The cost of breakfast was ridiculous 18 pp
Colse to Euston station
toilet and showroom is not separated and really narrow and bit dirty Once we took shower toilet floor was aslo wet forthermore we had to took off the closes outside showroom when we took shower
Room wasn t what we expected On arrival we was told to pay 244 up front which we wasn t told you had to put 50 deposit incase of using the room service facilities which we didn t besides that im still waiting for my refund five days later for facilities we didn t intend to use
Great location convenient for transport and close enough to theatre area to walk also close to museums etc Staff very helpful Good all round
