i liked location price

problem with hot water

The staff were very friendly and helpful The location was lovely right across from the entrance to Kensington Gardens A great pub downstairs good food and a great selection of beers Coffee tea etc and lovely cold water always available at reception Good selection of cereals juice fresh fruit yoghurt toast for breakfast Safe in room at no extra charge in fact no extra charge for anything Fresh bottled water supplied each day and refill available at reception

Shower was always cold in the morning Not a great start to the day We were there for 4 nights

Excellent location Well designed single room which was immaculately clean Very good breakfast

Traffic in area

Restaurant and bar

Tv service and Gym

Location is excellent Everything Restaurants supermarkets bus stops and underground is near you

Beautiful property Extremely comfortable Staff outdid themselves

This was an incredibly spiffy hotel I m a big fan of glass and well the room sure had plenty of that The room was large bright and sparkling clean The staff were friendly and prompt

Sometimes you can have too much of a good thing If you got up to go to the bathroom at night you would wake up your S O because the wall between the bathroom and the room is made of you guessed it glass So don t go drinking 4 pints of cider before bedtime

Proximity to tube station and quiet location

Carpets stained and looked like they needed a good clean Shower not overly hot but this may not be hotels problem At least it had some power to it unlike a lot of showers in London Room small but again not unusual in London

Location is good and price was right for London Easy Tube ride to central London

Room was small really not much room to lay your luggage which makes things a bit of a challenge and we pack light one carry on each
