Set in the heart of a classified park at the border of a forest, LAiguade is located in Saint-Paul-ls-Dax and offers a heated outdoor swimming pool.

The 3 bedrooms are on one level and have an en-suite bathroom. They all have a private terrace opening on to the pool and the park.

A shared lounge is available as well as a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator and kitchen utensils. You can eat on the terrace or in the park.

In the surroundings, you can discover the thermal town of Dax, the Landes forest and the beaches. The A63 Motorway is located 15 km from LAiguade, while Dax Train Station is a few minutes drive away. There is free and secure parking on site. Please inform LAiguade in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The property is closed from 1 October to 31 March.
