Situated just a short stroll away from the secluded Eva Beach in Rawai, Elemental 5FL Infinity Pool Seafront Villa boasts a luxurious fully-furnished villa with a 16-metre long infinity pool and a sun terrace with barbecue facilities and stunning sunset and views of Chalong Bay and the surrounding islands.

The villa is composed of four comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own TV, light dimmer and motorised curtains. The spacious open-plan living and dining area is fitted with a sofa and a 10-seat dining table. The kitchen comes with modern appliances, perfect for indoor cooking.

For in-villa entertainment, guests will find a large 78-inch flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, a PlayStation 4 and a Bose home theatre sound system. For extra convenience, the villa also has an elevator.

During the stay, guests can enjoy free WiFi access. Drivers enjoy free private parking on-site. A damage deposit of THB 20000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Elemental 5FL Infinity Pool Seafront Villas in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please note that room rates do not include an electrical usage fee. The electrical fee will be charged at THB 5.5 per electrical unit.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the villa. Guests may only smoke at the designated smoking areas such as the balcony.

Cleaning services are provided every other day (everyday cleaning services can be provided upon request).

Late check-ins and early check-outs between 23:00 - 06:30 hrs. will be subject to a surcharge. Please contact the property directly for more information.
