Not value for money funny odours in the room corridors not free WiFi in the room 12 per hour charge for late checkout empty mini bar

Staff were very friendly and helpful a warm welcome when we arrived Location for metro easy to reach main areas of interest Comfortable bed and clean modern room

Was all good

This was really close to monument and had lots of bars nearby It would be a great spot for a young couple We took the Thames Walk from London Bridge to Embankment before heading to Covent Garden

The room was a bit cold and the heating air conditioning system wasn t great made a lot of noise for not a lot of heat

More choice at restaurant more snacks

Location was very good 5 min walk to Stadthalle 5 min walk to U Bahn U6 2 min walk to smaller shopping center

outside of the hotel and halls are not very representative

The room was larger than most rooms we ve experienced in Europe The resturant next door was excellent

When we arrived in the room there was a puddle of water near the toilet and the toilet paper on the wall was wet We called the desk and they sent someone up to fix the problem The door to the adjoining room was unlocked an apparent oversight and security risk

i was happy with services of the two ladies at the reception

for unexpected reason i had to leave the hotel before my original checked out day i spoke to the guy at the reception and asked him to check out and refund the money and he said that he can not i just did not understand that why i could not refund my money back

Wifi worked as long as you were the only one on it not usable for Skype etc when it got later in the evening and more people logged on
