Jugendherberge Heidelberg International

Situated directly on the banks of the Neckar River, this hostel in Heidelberg offers a 24-hour front desk, a sun terrace and a bar. Heidelberg Zoo is just 150 metres away.

Heidelberg Central Station is 3km away. All guests must be members of the DJH (Deutsches Jugendherbergswerk) or Hostelling International. Membership can be purchased upon arrival at the reception.

The membership costs EUR 7 per year for German citizens up to 26 years and EUR 22.50 for families or people from 27 years. From June onwards each year, you can purchase the DJH membership for half the price when you become a member for the first time.

International guests must purchase a Hostelling International Card (EUR 18) if they are not a member of a national youth hostel association. For single nights, a welcome stamp can be purchased upon arrival for EUR 3.50.
